Free shipping on Samples

All Samples come with complimentary shipping.

 

Small Order Shipping (Accent Doors & Small Kitchen Projects)
For orders compact enough to fit in standard shipping boxes and orders that do not require a wooden pallet.

Shipping Method: FedEx or other ground service carrier

Delivery Information:

  • No scheduled delivery appointments
  • Signature not required for most deliveries
  • Delivery location: Houses (Front door); Apartments (Reception area)

Customer responsibility:

  • Move packages to a secure location promptly upon delivery
  • Inspect all packages and contents upon receipt.
  • Report any damage to the carrier within 48 hours of receiving the package(s).

 

Large Order Shipping (Full Kitchens)
Shipping Method: Wooden pallets via ground carrier (FedEx, GLS, UPS, or other LTL delivery service)

Delivery Information:

  • The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time. Please note that your availability may impact the delivery timeframe.
  • An adult homeowner or authorized person must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.
  • The carrier will use a tailgate truck to lower the pallet to the ground and wheel it to your garage or front door, as you direct.
  • Deliveries are made to the first accessible point of entry only; no inside deliveries are available.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Unload products from the pallet.
  • Dispose of the wooden pallet and other packaging materials.
  • Inspect the pallet and contents upon receipt. Report any damages to the carrier within 48 hours.

 

Shipping Costs:
We calculate shipping costs based on the size and weight of your order. Here's a general idea of pricing:

  • West Coast: about $400
  • Central: about $600
  • East Coast: about $900

Special Offer:
For orders within the San Francisco Bay Area, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $300.

Samples will be send within 1-2 weeks.

 

Doors and Panels order

Since each order is customized, the time needed to create your doors and panels will vary based on the size of your kitchen. Therefore, you can expect your order to be shipped within 3 to 5 weeks after placement.
